1. Products

Malktech sells certified refurbished iPhones and brand-new mobile accessories in South Africa.

2. Delivery

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, subject to stock availability. Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided.

3. Availability & Refunds

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable, a full refund will be processed. Cancelled orders may incur a 5% administration fee.

4. Returns

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns Policy. Devices must be returned in their original condition with all accessories included.

5. Privacy

Malktech respects your privacy and protects your personal information in accordance with South African privacy laws. Your information is used only to process orders and provide customer support.

6. Payments

We accept secure payments via Visa and Mastercard through Payfast. Card details are processed securely and are never stored on our website.

7. Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in South African Rand (ZAR).

8. Responsibility

Malktech is responsible for the sale of products, customer support, order fulfilment, delivery, and dispute resolution relating to purchases made on this website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
